Marie Clothing always ensures that all items are in good quality and condition prior to shipment. However, if you encounter problems with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product so that we may assist you properly.
We will accept *returns and exchange provided it meets the following guidelines:
Send us an email at email@example.com. along with proof that the item delivered was either of the wrong size or style, or damaged.
Please make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags, labels and packaging intact.
Item for return and exchange should be shipped back to us for inspection.
Additional shipping fees incurred should be shouldered by the client, unless otherwise

Exchanging your order for a different size is allowed, but this must be made within 3 days upon receiving your order. Buyer will shoulder the shipping fees from/to our head office. We will ship out the right size after confirming that we have received the shipping fee and item for exchange.
Exchanging your order for a different size is also allowed within 3 days upon receiving your order. Should there be a difference in price, the balance difference must be settled by the buyer and deposited to our account before we confirm shipment of order.
