How do I place an order?

Please note that all items are currently being processed on a pre-order basis. Kindly allow us 2-3 days to make your order once payment has been confirmed. 

Go to our Shop tab and select the item/s you wish to order. Make sure that every details are correct before proceeding to checkout.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

Yes, we do! Every product has a size chart at the end of the Description tab. Our pieces run from Small to Extra Large.

I LOVE YOUR DESIGNS, BUT SIZES DON'T FIT ME!

No need to fret! All our designs are also available for made-to-order basis. Please note that both style and colorway are fixed, and we can only customize the size. The price is also subject to change.

what are your payment methods?

For Bank deposit and/or online transfer, we have BPI & BDO bank accounts.
For over-the-counter transactions, we will secure your ordered items for only a maximum of 2 days. Failure to send proof of payment within 2 days will result in order cancellation.

For online payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex cards via Paypal. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Items will be dispatched after payment confirmation and production (for pre-ordered items). Once orders are dispatched, our courier will get in touch with you for delivery and tracking.

For shipments within Luzon/Metro Manila, please expect 1-3 days after payment confirmation and production. 

For shipments outside Luzon/Metro Manila, please expect 5-7 days

Orders are shipped daily except SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MARIE PIECES?

Each of our piece is handmade with love. Please treat delicately.

– Hand wash with LIKE colors only.
– Use mild detergent.
– Hang dry.
– Steam iron, iron on low-medium         temperature.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
