MARIE CLOTHING is a local retail brand that aims to empower women by wearing clothes that elevate their look.
We at MARIE aim to boost a woman’s confidence by wearing simple yet classy designs that stand the test of time.
For every collection we make, we ensure that the pieces are versatile, tailor-made fit, and easy to mix and match pieces.
We believe that investing in the right wardrobe is the key to uncomplicating fashion.
The Designer
Jillian Marie Calimlim
Jill graduated with a double degree in Psychology and Entrepreneurship. After a few years in the corporate world, she followed her true passion in life, which is fashion. She then took up Fashion Dressmaking at Slim’s Fashion & Art School, Embroidery Class at Central Saint Martins, and Couture & Draping Techniques, Couture Sewing, and Fabric Manipulation at ICE-FAD.
Jill believes that women can have commanding presence simply by feeling good and looking presentable. She also wants to bring representation to the local fashion scene by designing value-for-money pieces that are classic yet multifunctional.
